While MPI is a very usefull language and can be performed to do most things, sometimes its just plain easier to do with a MUF program.

By default as a player you cant program in MUF on Camelot, you need to approach Woof to explain what program(s) you want to make, as there is no point you duplicating work that is already in progress, or already there, which you may be unaware of.
If you want to use some of the pre-existing MUFs on camelot, and you know the db-reference of it, you can use it with either of the following ideas.
